Carlos Ignacio Franco Alonso

Technical Advisor at the CDTI, currently responsible for the promotion, identification and advice of technological innovation projects in the agri-food sector. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, in Agricultural Industries from the UPM, a postgraduate degree in Rural Development and Projects from the Mediterranean Agricultural Institute of Montpellier and a Master’s degree in Evaluation of Programs and Public Policies from the UCM.
