Carlos Kupervaser is a traceability expert and international consultant. He contributed to defining GS1’s Fresh Produce Traceability Guidelines through the “Fresh Produce Traceability Project.” His contributions have been pivotal in the design and implementation of large-scale traceability systems for the fruit industry. Kupervaser has led initiatives in Argentina, Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay, advancing traceability and digitalization across the value chain.
