A graduate in Veterinary Medicine and PhD student in Biosciences and Agri-Food Sciences, specialising in bromatology and food technology, with a clear focus on food quality and safety. My career, closely linked to the meat sector, especially to the ham industry, begins with the inspection of Iberian pigs in the field and continues in the industry through regulatory management and the development of projects to improve the production process.
