Head of the Efficient Use of Water research program at IRTA. +25 years of experience in digital kits for monitoring, simulation and control of biological systems, including IoT sensors, remote sensing, soil and crop simulation, irrigation and fertigation control. He applies the digital twin paradigm to irrigation management, from farm to regional scale, facing the challenge of bridging the gap between agronomy, land management and software engineering.
