He participated in the ecophysiology department of the EEA INTA Manfredi, Córdoba, Argentina in the application of extensive crop research techniques. In Italy, he has collaborated in the biological control of the Chestnut Hornet (Dryocosmus kuriphilus) at the Università degli studi di Torino.
