Lola Gómez Ferrón

A 58-year-old woman from Almería who has always worked in agriculture and for the past 23 years has blended Agriculture with Gastronomic and Scientific Tourism. The daughter and granddaughter of farmers, she pours passion and enthusiasm into her business, combining historical memory with the present. She has made the Protected Amazon of Almería a benchmark for research centers and universities around the world.
