M Carmen Asensio Sánchez-Manzanera

I am working since 2003 in the ITACyL. Since 2013, I hold the position of Head of Department of Extensive Crops, mainly dedicated to breeding and agronomy in cereals and legumes. I have been engaged for 20 years with projects subsidized by the Spanish Government related to germoplasm, genetics and agronomy, some of them as principal researcher. ITACyL has an important experience in public-private collaborative projects and a very close relationship with agrarian sector of Castilla y León.
