He has been Head of the EAFRD Aid Management and Control Service and currently holds the position of Head of the Agri-Food Innovation and Digitalization Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, responsible for the Andalusia Agrotech EDIH (European Digital Innovation Hub) project
