Agricultural Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Oenology, since 2015 working as Technical Manager of Vineyards of the Tajo River (González Byass), managing more than 400 hectares of vineyards in Toledo and the production of wine for Brandy making.
Previously, I worked for 4 years in the Priorat region at VITEC as a researcher and Head of the Viticulture Department, working on consulting and R&D projects.
