Sebastián Sánchez was Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Granada. Currently, he is Full Professor of the Department of Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering of University of Jaen since 1993. His research interests are in the areas of, ‘Olive Oil Technology’ , ‘Use of By-products and Residues from Olive Oil Industry’, and ‘Biofuels Production’. Director of the Research Group “Bioprocesses (TEP-138, Andalusia Government, Spain)”, since 1993/94 until present day.
