Sonia Pietosi joined EIT Food South as Project Specialist to manage LILAS4SOILS, a Horizon Europe-funded project fostering the co-creation, demonstration and measurement of Carbon Farming Practices through Living Labs in the Mediterranean region for the healthy future of European soils. Previously Sonia worked at the Satellite Applications Catapult (SAC), UK, where she promoted the application of satellite technologies in the agricultural and environmental sectors.
