What is the difference between Business Pass and Premium VIP Pass?

You can see the difference between the two types of passes here.
Also, in the congress agenda you can see which type of pass is required for each session.

I’m a student and I want to attend

Expo AgriTech is a professional event. In case there is a centre/institute/university or group of students interested in attending Expo AgriTech, they should contact and request the email:  [email protected] to know the conditions and manage the access, which can only be done on the last day, November, 28, 2024 from 1 pm, 

It can be requested by: 

  1. Teachers of degrees related to the [relacionada al sector] field.
  2. Students in their final year of bachelor’s or master’s degrees related to the [relacionada al sector].

Students must attend with a teacher during the visit. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event in case of inappropriate behaviour or dress-code. 

Is there a Streaming broadcast?

ExpoAgriTech is a 100% face-to-face event, the congress sessions will not be streamed.

For attendees who have previously purchased a Premium VIP Pass, we will offer the possibility to access the sessions on video on demand. For non-attendees, there will be the ExpoAgriTech Video-on-Demand Platform available after the event.

I can't start the registration process

Once you have entered the registration page for ExpoAgriTech visitors, you must select your Pass Type and how many visitors you want to register.

Then, you can start the process by clicking the “Next Step” button.

I have a discount code, how do I register?

ExpoAgriTech is a professional event. Our supporting partners can offer exclusive discounts to their associate members. If you have a discount code, you must go to ExpoAgriTech visitors’ registration page. There you will find a box to type your discount code. By clicking the button “Apply Discount” you will see that your selected pass is coloured in blue. This is the one you can choose as your type pass.

 

How do I know that I am correctly registered?

Once you have finished the registration process, you will see a Confirmation Message on your screen. In a few minutes, you will receive an email from ExpoAgriTech which is linked to your PDF pass.

If you don’t get our email, please, check your spam or junk email. After receiving the confirmation email, please add us to your contact list, so you will receive important communications about your visit Expo AgriTech.

I need an invitation letter

Please note that if you need a VISA letter, you must pay a minimum 3-day ticket for the Premium VIP Pass and you can ask for it on the first page of the registration process.
Remember that the event is reserved only for professionals in the sector.

The organization is not responsible for the non-admission of the invitation letter by the authorities and we do not refund money

I need an invoice

Your invoice will be generated automatically after finishing the purchasing process. You can download it from the email you will receive after confirming the payment.

If you don’t get our email, please, check your spam or junk email. After receiving the confirmation email, please add us to your contact list, so you will receive important communications about your visit to ExpoAgriTech.

The registration page doesn't load

Some companies have networks that block the access to ExpoAgriTech platform. Please, try to visit the registration page for ExpoAgritTech visitors through another browser or using your mobile device.

If the problem persists, please, contact us at  [email protected] or try it after a while.

Is my VAT number incorrect?

Please, make sure that you are introducing exactly the Fiscal Name according to your company’s VAT number

If you are a Freelance, maybe you have to use your Personal ID number.

Try to get us all the details about the problems you are experiencing. Any additional information will help us to solve it (for example, which browser are you using, what error message have you received or even some screenshots).

I have already registered, what do I need to access the event?

You will receive a link to download your final pass in PDF format by email. You must print this pass in colour. Upon your arrival at ExpoAgriTech, we will provide you with a lanyard and a pass holder so you can carry your badge visible during your visit. Please remember that exhibitors may ask you to scan your pass with contactless technology to save your interest in their services and solutions.

I have registered as press but I haven't received my pass

Once you finish the press registration process, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your registration is pending validation. This is because we have to check that everyone registering as press does actually work in Media or in communications. Once the registration is validated, you will receive a second e-mail with your pass.

Notice that the validation process may take a few days or weeks, depending on the proximity of the event. In the previous days of the celebration of the event, the validation process may take a few hours; but a couple of months before the event, the validation may take some weeks to be done.

What services does the venue offer during ExpoAgriTech celebration?

All ExpoAgriTech visitors, exhibitors and speakers have a free cloakroom service.

ExpoAgriTech offers you a mobile app. There you will find the exhibitors list, all the congress program, speakers list and all the information about the event.
